CubeSmart Self Storage
1850 New York Ave NE, Washington DC 20002
“I want to sincerely thank Des and Ms. D at the CubeSmart on New York Avenue in Washington, D.C. I have had my belongings in storage there for the past five years, and throughout that time, they have been a constant source of support. As I dealt with healthcare challenges and struggled at times with slow or late payments, Des and Ms. D remained professional, patient, understanding, and helpful. They guided me through CubeSmart’s processes and helped me navigate my options until I was finally able to reach my goal: vacating storage unit 1141 and closing out my account. They have been nothing but professional, insightful, and kind. Their advice, support, and strategies made a difficult situation much easier to manage. Thank you, CubeSmart, for maintaining such a wonderful, air-conditioned facility with convenient loading bays where customers can easily pull their trucks in, load up, and move forward toward a bright new future. Thank you, Des and Ms. D. Your kindness and professionalism will always be remembered. With appreciation, The Marr Family”

“Nothing but good things to say about this location. They always go above and beyond my expectations! U-Haul of Marlow Heights
3710 St Barnabas Rd, Hillcrest Heights MD 20746
“I recently received outstanding service in the Suitland/Temple Hills/Marlow Heights area, and I felt compelled to share my experience. Every staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and professional. I interacted with four gentlemen at different points during my visit, and each one contributed to making the experience smooth and pleasant. The supervisor—whose name I unfortunately forgot—was truly exceptional. He had a Louisiana accent and carried himself with a level of professionalism and care that stood out. He is, without a doubt, a top-tier supervisor. Mr. Michael, my service representative, was equally impressive. He was gentle, kind, and highly professional throughout our interaction, ensuring everything was handled with care. I also want to acknowledge the two other gentlemen who assisted me—one who finalized my service and another who handled my equipment. Their support did not go unnoticed, and I sincerely appreciate their help as well. If possible, please extend my gratitude to the entire team. Their commitment to excellent customer service truly made a difference”

“The customer service was superb! Mr. Rick and his coworkers were absolutely awesome. I apologize that I didn’t get the young lady’s name, but the entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. I was having trouble with my app, and without hesitation, Mr. Rick jumped right in with his great personality and willingness to help. Even when his computer started acting like my app, he remained patient and positive. The pleasant young lady stepped in right after finishing with another customer and quickly helped resolve the issue, making what could have been a frustrating situation completely manageable. On my return visit, she just happened to be there again and kindly reminded me of the process. That level of consistency and care really stood out to me. I truly wish every customer service representative was like Mr. Rick and that wonderful young lady. Their professionalism and kindness made all the difference!”

Penske Truck Rental
9210 E Hampton Dr, Capitol Heights MD 20743
“I cannot say enough about the pleasant and helpful experience I had with Penske Capitol Heights. I had a personal move from Raleigh to Lanham and while moving itself is stressful and rarely goes according to plan, the staff at Penske eased some of that for me. From answering the phones with care and professionalism to offering suggestions to help make the move seamless to being flexible as our move plans changed I am very happy to have been a first time costumer. The truck was clean and reliable, the pricing was reasonable and the service was outstanding. At a time where I am very decisive in where I choose to spend my money I am happy to support a business that actually values costumer satisfaction and service first. They’ve easily earned themselves a lifetime customer! Special thanks to Cal and Al for being so patient and accommodating during the rental return process :)”
