Other services include U-Box containers, Moving Help®, hitch installations, boxes, propane, and online reservations. Reviews highlight that service experiences can vary significantly. Many customers report receiving exceptional, patient, and knowledgeable service from certain staff members, describing them as helpful, welcoming, and efficient. These employees are noted for creating a cool atmosphere, providing excellent customer service, and taking time to assist with reservations and technical hiccups, ensuring customers continue to return. Their caring and professional attitude is frequently commended. However, other reviews point out inconsistent service, mentioning encounters with staff described as rude and providing very bad customer service. Some customers feel these interactions negatively impact the experience. Additionally, a concern was noted about employees sometimes working completely alone on the premises, which was perceived as challenging. Despite these mixed experiences, many customers recommend this location specifically due to the outstanding assistance provided by its more helpful team members.

This location has proven to be convenient over the years. I haven't had any problems with customer service, equipment etc. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of the mileage cost. A MONTHLY sale on mileage would be a plus.
