On recent trips Juan & May both helped me find what I was Looking for in the store’s tight aisles. The store is is only a bus or train ride away, and is dog friendly!”

“My goal is to patronize BIPOC businesses and Wheelers Ace is just that. I was able to purchase a grill online to pick up in store. It was available as stated, I was notified in a good amount of time and the pick up process was seamless. They check identification, which I'm happy about, as so many places these days simply take you at your word and don't. With high price items, it is a must. Staff helped to load the item and off we went. I will definitely patronize this location again.”

The staff is knowledgeable like Fragers of yore without the crowded piled aisles.The rooftop garden is a work in progress, but the space should prove incredible before long.Nice tool selection, garden section is adequate but slightly slim on choices, the upstairs has a little bit of everything else.”

“The staff here are amazing and so kind and helpful. Particularly Desmond. I had been searching for Romabio brick paint for sometime and he not only helped me, but kept in touch and held a bucket for me when the store got a shipment. He helped me color match it to my siding and made sure I had my supplies and knew how to use the paint. I could not be more grateful to Desmond. Such a nice guy and very knowledgeable about products. Even though there is a Benjamin Moore Store closer to my house I will now be coming to this location. Excellent customer service is very hard to find these day and I’ve found it here. “I'm a month late on posting this review.... I walked in knowing only what I was told to get. As I entered, I was greeted, after the employee finished with the previous customer, then he helped me. I explained what I wanted and what it was used for. He advised of the paint that I should use, which would be better and I took his word for it.He then went into detail to explain the difference in the paint, which I greatly appreciated because I knew nothing about it. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what was needed and that I was satisfied. His name is Anton and he deserves to be acknowledged. We need plenty more of him in these stores. Customer service should be a plus in the stores these days, and his customer service is A+ from me. Keep up the excellent work Anton!!”

“Great great service. Place was busy, but people waited in line politely because the staff was hustling and being polite. I was a 3 star customer, a Newby, with a little kid, and I kept them past closing, and they were still polite. Impressive. I was surprised at how few standard colors there are, but they can match anything and many of the standard colors are elegant.”
