The staff is great, accommodating, and can schedule appointments in a very timely manner. Their love for animals is very apparent. They do a wonderful, amazing job, with dogs always coming out looking great, pampered, calm, and smelling good. It is a family-owned business that appears to have discovered the formula for success. While some note it is more expensive than other options, customers find it has always been worth it. Many clients, including those with nervous puppies, report being overall satisfied and plan to be repeat and returning customers.

My dog has been coming here for most of his life, going on 8 years. The staff is great and my dog always comes out looking great. Yes it's more expensive than petsmart, but it has always been worth it.
