“Our recent visit to the Southern Ave location was a positive one. I believe honesty is always the best policy so when the young man explained the situation of being understaffed on Monday’s and Tuesday’s we couldn’t be more thankful to him for letting us know upfront of the situation, and therefore our expectations were met. When we arrived, the clock on the door indicated the time he was expected to be back and sure enough he was back on time. In addition to him being very pleasant he also had great Customer Service skills assuring me, we’re heading in the right direction with having our valuable items stored and managed properly.
