“I came to inquire about a unit for the Livingston Rd Public Storage unit and had the opportunity to meet Kiya, who was very patient, pleasant, professional and passionate about getting me what I needed. Kiya showed her managerial skills by being very detailed the entire process, explaining different sizes of the units and pricing options which helped me in choosing a better fit for what & how much I was looking to store, addressing all questions and ensuring a smooth rental process. Her professionalism and positive attitude made me feel valued. I was incredibly impressed about how knowledgeable & kind she was during my visit and I definitely experienced exceptional customer service from Kiya and felt that she went above and beyond to assist me through out the process. I will recommend Livingston rd public storage to anyone I know.”

The well-maintained buildings are NECESSARY, but ONLY having them is insufficient; the company needs to hire and retain GREAT people such as Tony R. at the South Four-Mile Run location. “Great customer service. A bit upsetting the front loading dock door still isn't working. It's been 2 months. But the on site manager assured it's in the works to be fixed. Management is always pleasant and welcoming.”
“Easy to sign up online. Many drive up units available at a variety of sizes. Location is very close to homes in kingstowne making it easy to grab items regularly. They have monthly rates if you need it for a short time. Maybe slightly pricer than other locations, but its convenient to homes.”

“Very clean facility and employees are nice and resourceful. Can’t lie, the bathroom was extremely clean for what I was expecting, (Zero hate. It’s kinda just assumed the bathroom isn’t the most maintained thing in a storage facility) down to toilet seat protectors. The employees are very respectful and there for you!”

My wife and I chose this location based on reviews and a promotional event, and we've had our items in storage for over a year. I don't believe I ever got her name, but based on another recent review I assume the manager's name is Radhia. She helped us get signed up and has been very communicative if there was ever a need to be. Upon the move out process, Radhia provided top notch service even though we were no longer local to Alexandria. She deserves recognition for her customer service!”
