The associates are always friendly and helpful. Always working to take care of customers. Range of products in stock is very good. Store is clean, organized, and nice environment.

I was pleasantly surprised at the Oxon Hill Staples when an associate saw me trying to figure out which printer ink cartridge I need and came to my aid. He pointed me in the right item. He gets five stars but the store only 4 because the check out process was a little slow. Maybe it was the after lunch time rush.

I haven't been to this location in a while but the team there now seems to be on it, professional and quite helpful.
