Treated like a scam artist for wanting to exchange a pair of shoes that I never wore. I had the receipt and all of the packaging. Will not shop here again, certainly won't shop Steve Madden again.

The shoes I ordered online its doesn't look like the picture on the website. It looks knock off and terrible quality I didn't expected from stevemaden that but I return the shoes to the local store. If u want to buy stevemaden shoe, I recommend u to go to the store not online.

I returned 2 pair of shoes I ordered online. I was the first customer to arrive. And the 2 Queens that were on shift were very Professional. Ms. Tee Tee and Ms. Moe . When I say I will be shopping with them whenever I need a new pair of Madden's. The were they professional and the Makeup was on Point. Period. .??
