“Gerale was absolutely incredible! He was so patient with my sister and I throughout the process. We have never worn NBs, so we weren't sure exactly what style we wanted but I had an idea of the ones I was interested in. Sizing can always be a bit complicated, as your size is going to be different depending on where you are purchasing/what brand. He measured our feet, got us both sizes we were in between, and encouraged us to try both on (even one size on each foot at the same time) to have an idea of what felt MOST comfortable. I am also SUPER flat footed with feet that swell often and randomly and he was able to make recommendations on both sizing and style that would be the best for me. It's not like he wasn't busy, he was assisting 2-3 OTHER customers simultaneously, while the other sales reps were just kind of playing around with each other not really doing much, yet there was never really a point where we felt like we did not have his full and undivided attention. I would have bought 20 shoes from him! New Balance has customers for LIFE thanks to his diligence, patience, and assistance! We are super grateful for his recommendations and will continue to purchase from here as long as he is still employed there!”

“Clarks really are great shoes so it’s why I made it 4 stars. The set up is crazy inside but if you have the patience and can dig, it’s worth it. I hate the buy 1 pair get another 1/2 off sale they are always having because 1 pair is usually $80 about the same price as regular Clarks. Just go in with your patience”
“I visited this DTLR at the beginning of December to pick up an online order. When I walked in, the employees were gossiping and playing around, and I went 5–10 minutes without being acknowledged. The only person who stepped up was a young man who came from the back, greeted me, and offered help. I even told him, “Thank you for saying something, because no one else paid me any attention.”
That young man was Joshua Thompson, and he completely turned my experience around. He helped me with my online order and assisted me in purchasing two additional pairs of shoes. His professionalism and customer service stood out immediately.
After Christmas, I returned to exchange a pair of Timbs that were too big for my daughter, and once again Joshua was the one who helped me. Meanwhile, two women and another employee stood at the front talking about sharing a cold drink and how thirsty they were, instead of assisting customers. Joshua remained focused, positive, and professional. The exchange process was smooth, and he kept a smile on his face the entire time.
Joshua Thompson is the only reason I would return to this location. He takes his job seriously, cares about customers, and delivers the level of service that should be standard. Please keep Joshua at this store and retrain the other employees on what real customer service looks like.”
“I went to this Famous Footwear to return some shoes I had gotten online from my grandparents. I was afraid without a receipt they wouldn't be able to help me at all, but I was able to transfer for store credit very seamlessly. The associates were very helpful. I ended up buying two new pairs of shoes that night. They did a great job of keeping the store tidy and they made sure to clean up behind people expeditiously as people came and went trying on. There was a great selection of shoes here too, and the associates were also very familiar with their inventory and happy to answer questions. Maybe best outlet store I've been to for any company! Although they didn't have a fitting room, a young lady showed me a trick to measure the pants with her neck. I had the BEST experience at this one location. I usually get rude ppl at Rainbow. But these ppl love their job and it shows. I know they probally dont remember me, but I just want them to know they made a difference in my day and all her pants fit.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for De’shaun. My family and I were visiting from San Diego and stopped by the UGG outlet at Tanger (Oxon Hill). We’d never been to one before, and honestly, De’shaun made the whole trip. He’s this tall guy who is just incredibly sweet and patient. We were asking for a million different sizes and he didn't blink he was basically our personal shopper. It’s so rare to get that kind of warm, welcoming energy in a store these days. We walked out with three pairs of UGGs and slippers, and we're so happy with them. If we’re ever back in Maryland, we’re definitely checking to see if he’s still there.”
