I purchased a Tudor Black Bay 58 Burgundy on a 5-link bracelet from Scott (Tudor/watch specialist) on 4/29/25–a mere few weeks after it’s release at Watches and Wonders which was incredible. Just yesterday I was able to purchase a Rolex Submariner 126613LN from Ahmed (Rolex Sales Specialist) with support from David (Rolex Customer Experience Liason), which is a difficult thing to come by considering Rolex’s current supply/demand situation. All were extremely knowledgeable, passionate about what they do, communicated well (and still do) and genuinely cared about a watch enthusiast like myself. The front staff and supporting employees were professional and kind as well. I can’t recommend Tiny Jewel Box enough—if you’re looking for an authorized dealer to really build a relationship with, I personally wouldn’t look anywhere else. Had a broken charging port that had a broken off piece of the charging cord (who knew right!) and they fixed it in 15 minutes and for less than Apple would have charged. Last time they said not to bother as the repair cost would exceed the value. I appreciate that they didn’t try to get my money. I hope they stay in business and I recommend them for cracked screens and any other device repairs they are able to fix.”
