I would give this branch a negative -5. Drive through took me more than 30mins and it's not the first time. This Wells Fargo Branch needs to close or make staff changes. #WellsFargo

I believe it's poor management at this location 18-20 cars deep. 2 lanes 1 person working the drive thru they're not allowing people to come inside. This the future of service.
