He took the time to scan the car, answered all of my questions, and reassured me that if anything came up, we could address it.
He even drove the car all the way from Lancaster, which I truly appreciated. Buying a used car can be stressful because you never really know who you can trust, but I felt comfortable doing business with him. He was patient, helpful, and stood behind what he told me about the vehicle.

“I recently needed a car rental. Sterling was great. They had the rental waiting for me at the body shop. On the day my car was ready all I had to do was leave the rental at the body shop when I picked up my own car. I had to give them a deposit and within 2 days of returning the rental the deposit had been credited back to my card. Would definitely use Sterling again.”
“If you're going to rent a car from Enterprise I love this location best. I've been renting there for at least 17 years. At the beginning it was twice or three times a month. But I still rent as often as I can. The little baby I picked up in PG county is now 18 years old and sometimes she wants to stay home with her mom. Anyway the staff is awesome, the cars or vehicles they have are great. They're always there to lend a hand with My Bluetooth and phone use. Very respectful and friendly. Always welcoming me in and hope to see you next time is always there when I come and go.

“I had an awesome experience with the 2 young ladies that worked @ The front desk were incredibly helpful. The gentleman that was cleaning cars was awesome. I had incredible customer service because these employees were awesome after being in an accident I’m grateful for the experience Way better than enterprise they tried to burn me for $7600 for damage to car I supposedly did but never was made aware of. Because they don’t check you in properly. Upon further investigation this is a common practice. Keep on keeping on”
