“Tatyana is the legit best person. We live closer to other locations but come here for Tatyana. Her sales approach was so different than anyone. She got us our pillows then had us try out beds. We decided for the nicest tempur pedic. Fast forward a year and our apt burnt down. We came back to Tatyana for our guest bed and now our permanent master bedroom mattress. She took care of us, made sure we got exactly what we wanted and found the best deal available. I will always be grateful to her. Never in a million years did we think we would ever get this mattress again, but here we are because of her. And i will come to this location for anything i need in the future 100% because of Tatyana. She needs a raise or like a bunch of free vacation hours. Thank you so much”

“Just moved to a new neighborhood and I ordered two full size bedroom sets for my children. Furniture was delivered but the boxspring wasn’t included in the order; therefore, my kids weren’t able to sleep in their new bed for the first week.
Driving home, i spotted a mattress warehouse where I encountered a sleep consultant named Susan. She was able to accommodate my needs and even help load the new boxspring in the car. Very excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the product. Would definitely visit again.”

“I love Richardson's. You can do basically most or all of your grocery shopping here, and it's all good quality from their farm. I went on weekday afternoon when it wasn't crowded because on Saturday, it was jam-packed. My favorite things are the chicken pot pie, corn bread, cinnamon almonds, eggs, and selection of candy.”

“I have read endless reviews about this business the practices and the employees. Even with all of that I still decided to get furniture. This was totally because I needed a living set quickly . I had several failed deliveries from top furniture stores . The door frame was not cooperating . The online phone representation was amazing . All was explained no hidden fees . One issue they don't assemble that I was aware of and wasn't explained . This was an online /phone transaction. I'm sure this was on the papers I signed but I should have read completely. I should have also been told . That's the only big thing I have an issue with . That's why I gave 4 stars .”

She spent over an hour with me helping me to group things and encouraging me to go with my gut. She did this between many other customers asking for her assistance, and always with great attitude and pleasure. She went above and beyond and her help was greatly appreciated. The same goes for Jenn. When I checked out she wrapped everything for me, took my 2 overflowing baskets of treasures to my car, and helped me to load it all. I’m so grateful to these ladies! “Caroline at the Towson Arhaus was amazing. I’ll preface this by saying that I’m a guy with no interior design experience. I went in to check out a few specific indigo colored throw pillows for my couch that I’d seen online. It was about an hour before closing. Caroline listened to what I had in mind and then quickly got to action. She was incredibly helpful in offering a number of suggestions of varying designs and colors. I walked out an hour later with two indigo throw pillows and two large grayish (chinchilla) lumbar pillows for my couch. I’d been looking for potential combinations online for a while, and Caroline came up with the perfect combo in about an hour. It was very impressive to see Caroline in her element, thinking up new ideas to fit my goal. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, and I could not have gotten to this point without her help. I was also impressed with Arhaus’ quality and selection and with how friendly the whole staff was. Great customer experience!”
