“This is my go-to UPS Store in Baltimore. It’s located in the Rotunda, where I go for physical therapy, do banking, buy groceries and pick up desserts. On top of location, however, the associates at the store are always helpful and informative. The wait times are usually very short.”

“Almost reviewed this store badly a year ago when I was looking for a post office box ? and no one would answer the phone at multiple UPS stores in the area except one downtown, kinda far away. Never reviewed it. Got a box in a nearby town.
Called again today and no one answered the phone. Left a voice mail asking about last time to get a UPS shipment out today. Surprisingly I did receive a call back ? and someone very kindly explained the last pickup for UPS was at 6pm (could be a few min early). ?
Overall this store is much more highly rated than the other UPS stores. My drop off was quick and I was given a receipt (had a prepaid label). The package is already on the way. ?
Great experience the 2nd time around and went well in person. ? Would visit again when I need to.
Random but the liquor store next door is also nice. ? Will have to try some of the local restaurants as well. ?️”
“Every time I visit the UPS store at Shawan Plaza, I am greeted with smiling faces who, even in their busiest times, are more than willing to give me their 100% attention. Theo, Colin, Kevin--they are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly--actually the whole crew is but these are truly the shining stars. There are other establishments I could use for my shipping needs but I would willingly go out of my way to go the UPS store at Shawan Plaza.”

“This is my neighborhood UPS and I have been using it since it opened. Raj, the manager, is one of the sweetest kindest people that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Yes, the store is crowded sometimes but the staff is adept at handling business and keeping line moving. There has never been a problem that Raj was not able to solve. I think if I ever moved out of the neighborhood I would come back to use this UPS store.”
