“The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because sometimes there is no one on the floor to help. Besides that all of the staff are always polite and professional. I love the pricess and the clothes that they sell. One of the managers there always gives me her opinion of the size that I need, and she is always right. The store is always neat and clean.”
“I love Rainbow I always find something good cause they have a plus size section that is not too pricy... Good with trends and youths only thing I dont like from there is their customer service..there is always that one person that is nice and sincere but the rest they seem to have attitudes or very judgy”

“I HAD THE NICEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Young lady went OUT OF HER WAY to help me find out if they had the new echo II's or not. GIVE THE GIRL A RAISE!!
called at 1015am on Fri, July 17.
Didn't get her name, but she was the best and most helpful person. The world needs more people like her”
