“It's great. I've bought a lot of scratch and dent items from there and the cosmetic damage was always almost unnoticeable, and the items are all new and warrantied. Today I shopped awhile for a washer/dryer all in one that my wife's mother who has lost her sight could navigate. Salesman was patient and helpful. Bought it for about 1/2 the cost of a boxed one.”

“We were interested in a particular mattress, and this was the only store in the Baltimore area that had it. The store is not much to look at from the outside, or even in the inside. But they had a wide selection of mattresses, and we were able to test all of them to be sure that we picked one we wanted. Purchase was easy. Delivery was on time, very reasonable, and they took away our old mattress. Would definitely buy a mattress here again.”

“The team at ADU were phenomenal, from start to finish. Miss April did a wonderful job talking through different brands, which helped us make an educated choice. Jose and his delivery team performed a perfect delivery and were extremely efficient. And lastly, Josh and Cameron did a great job installing the new appliances and removing the old ones. We were very happy with the entire process and would recommend ADU to anyone in the market for new appliances. Thanks Team ADU!”

“Went here for a bathroom vanity. They only had a limited number available in the showroom. Most is available online. Showroom is nice, but unless you are a heavy hitter you won't get much attention. This is in a very high end neighborhood.”

“Ok this place is great. I think I wrote a review last year. We bought a washer and dryer set last year from here and had no issues with it. Come our 1 year, I started having issues with the washer not finishing loads and the husband tried to fix it. We Should have just gave them a call but we were just caught up and we finally called them to ask if we could bring it in to get checked. Such helpful people and really great feedback on what to do or check things if something goes wrong. We will definitely remember to call them again if we need maintenance. And we would happily buy from them again and will continue supporting them. They were so kind and we value the help and commitment they put into helping us.”

“I was having a plumbing problem and neither Lowe's or Home Depot had the parts I needed to fix the issue. Had resigned myself to calling an expensive plumber out. Someone recommended to check Ferguson plumbing supply and I'm grateful they did. Received excellent customer service from the knowledgeable staff member. I showed him the broken piece of pipe and explained the issue. He immediately got me the two parts I needed and was on my way. Fixed issue perfectly. Big thanks to that man!”

“Im not sure his name, but one gentleman helped and knew right away what I was looking for. I actually wasn’t aware they are so close to me, and I will definitely come here for anything I need vs Home Depot/Lowes, service is much better and so is the environment, you also can be confident the employees actually know what they are talking about. I’m very glad I found this place, even tho I’m not a professional, it’s even better for my questions”

“Angel and Jaisa were wonderful to work with. They helped us find what we were looking for, and made sure to follow up quickly with any questions or concerns throughout the purchase and installation process. We bought two new (scratch and dent) appliances from them and we are very happy with the quality, the customer service, and also the price! Glad we could save some money and also support a local business rather than a box store.”

“This review is long overdue. I purchased an upright vacuum cleaner from Aerus in 2016, and it is undoubtedly the best vacuum I have ever owned. I have tried many other brands, but they either didn’t last long due to the brush wearing out quickly or struggled to effectively pick up fine dust and pet hair. As a result, I replaced my vacuum cleaner every one to three years. In contrast, the Aerus upright vacuum cleaner picks up everything in just one pass. I have not experienced any issues with this vacuum, and the pictures below illustrate its high performance. I also purchased two air purifiers and have attached screenshots for reference. Lastly, I want to thank Marian, the person who sold me the vacuum cleaner. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchases.”

“This goes for the consumer plumbing supply side of the business - My business partner (female) and I have dealt with these guys on a few occasions as walk-in customers with a wide range of questions regarding our rental properties, some off the wall, some pretty vanilla. Never once did any of the CSR`s treat her or me with any type of condescending attitudes or tones, despite what our level of knowledge in the discussion was.My partner can attest to the treatment woman can, and often do receive at these types of supply shops which service male dominated trades. But these guys listened to everything we had to say and made sure we understood all the jargon and acronyms we wouldn't be expected to know.I went in to order a pressure assisted toilet, the CSR told me why he avoids them, but once he saw I was interested only in a commode that would scare the hell out of guests even they used it, worked with me to find the best value.Don't hesitate to use these guys, ever. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and I'm pretty sure not paid in commission based on my experiences, but if they are, has some pretty legit ethics!”

“I just had the best experience at Home Depot- walking in I was admittedly nervous to navigate the lumber section, as I have never ventured beyond the paint swatches before. A kind gentleman, Shannon, asked if I needed help. He was so incredibly insightful and clearly skilled at the project I needed help with. He cut the wood I needed to the PERFECT size and even escorted me (and the large unruly cart) to the front where he rung me up. After pulling around front I was greeted by Mike, who shared that he had just recently celebrated his birthday! He inquired about my project, loaded the wood into my car and wished me luck on my project. It’s hard to find willing and capable employees who also obviously love their jobs. These two gentlemen deserve all the recognition! Thank you again, Shannon and Mike!”

“I can't say enough about how great Tatiana was. I needed assistance and she was fantastic. She got my Italian last name correct, and even assisted me checking out with a home depot credit card payment. Such a wonderful associate. I hope they keep her around, best help I've had in a long time there.”
