Apr 2025 update: just realized when I got my tires rotated at my most recent visit they didn't reset the TPMS sensors so my tires don't match the pressure displayed on my dashboard. Left and right front are actually the rear :(”

“I was so impressed with Nealey Tire & Auto Repair.
The first reason was because when I called Kenny got me in on the same day.
But Sam, really made my day by getting the car checked from bumper to bumper.
See I had to get my Mercedes Benz a new battery and get the computer reset.
Nealey's was able to do it cheaper than a Mercedes Benz dealership would have charged me.
Plus Sam kept in contact with me all day today.
See they had to check my alternator to see if that was the problem.
I'm sure another shop would have charged me for an alternator.
But NOT SAM.
HE WAS HONEST ABOUT THE ALTERNATOR BEING IN GOOD SHAPE.
SO IT TOOK LESS THAN 24 HRS TO GET MY CAR BACK, WHICH REALLY MADE ME HAPPY!!!
IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET MY CAR TOWED UP THERE UNTIL AFTER 3PM.
AND THEY CLOSE AT 5:30.
SO I HIGHLY SUGGEST NEALEY's Tire & Auto Repair and ask for Sam”
“Quick service. Recently went for tune up my car was pulled to the side of the building not the back. Anyway, the guy who did my tune up wasn't in uniform, and wore a long gold chain around his neck. I saw him jamming a rod behind my bumper, and asked what was up, he said he accidentally got his chain stuck in between the bumper and lost it, was trying to retrieve it? Weird. Why was he wearing it to work on my car at all? Could've scratched it all up. So this time when I came for service, I asked if its normal to take cars around there to do tune ups. To which they replied yes, its for overflow to keep vehicles moving thru the garage when it gets busy. However, it was not busy, no other vehicles when my car was there? I am confused about that.”
“Car was finished ahead of schedule and they did a beautiful job with the collision repairs. I really appreciated the text update on the progress of the vehicle. Workers were extremely kind and accommodating. Very happy I went with them for repairs!”
“Mike was great, he definitely does his best to make sure his customers never pay anything extra. My front bumper came out on one side and I was expecting a big estimate & wait time for repair or replacement. He took a look at it and was able to clip things back into place himself in a few minutes, no hassle. Perfect temporary fix I needed to get back on the road. Bumper is all good now and the only damage was part of the splash shield underneath which he gave me an estimated cost for but he wasn't pushing to get any extra work done if it wasn't necessary, just looking out for his customers.”

“I've been working with Katie in the office and also spoke to the owner Bob a few times. Very nice people and very responsive staff. I had some standing issues in a few different areas with my Tucson, which of course not a diesel, and they took great care to thoroughly check it, fix the issues, test drive it, and even kept it longer to ensure the issues between my battery and alternator were fully resolved as well. After all the struggles I've had with other service locations I highly recommend Pasadena Diesel Repair. My fella is also using them as a repeat customer for his diesel truck so that's 2 recommendations from my household.

They took me in very early and got the alignment and tires installed in under an hour, also gave me brand new tire stem caps.
Alignment was fantastic and paperwork showing the exact measurements is provided.
Huge bonus for not charging me a tire disposal fee and allowing me to donate my set of nearly brand new all seasons to someone in need.

“I had my car at a shop down the street where they told me I needed to replace both of my rear wheel bearings and quoteed me over $2000 for the job on my Ford Escape.
