Finally had a good experience at a cvs pharmacy. Normally when I visit I have to wait forever and have rude pharmacist. But today had a wonderful short young lady with red glasses assist me in getting med. There was a complication with my insurance but she helped me sort it out and was super friendly. When the CVS Pharmacy hours state 9am opening and it’s almost 10am and it’s still not open. This is insanity. The manager doesn’t communicate with those in line and workers are back there but can’t open without a pharmacist. Customer service at its best. Shame on you CVS.
