“I had an old non-functional TV that I wanted to get rid of. Steve drove to my house (30min away from his business), helped me take it off my wall, and even helped me put my new TV up on the wall! Very nice guy who does what he says he'll do and is honest about what he can't do.”

“OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They don't make 'em like John anymore (intelligent, nice, genuine, wise, straight-shooter, funny). I'm sure anyone that has previously worked with John would validate all those character traits. I brought my speaker in for warranty repair and John took great care of me! He was also able to help diagnose a faulty microphone power supply that had went up and needed to be replaced. If you need anything sound related, give John a call!”

“I gotta say that with all the craziness happening in the world, good deeds and great service shouldn’t go unseen or acknowledged. I walked into phone repair lab and was greeted with a smile, asked what my problem was and with the up most honesty, he found the problem in a second. He could have overcharged me with no problem, however his morals didn’t allow him. Thats what makes customers not only come back, but business comes from words of mouth. I know they will from me. Thank you”

“Was very pleased with this shop. The person who works the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the on/off button had fallen off my Samsung S10+ phone. He didn't have any in stock (he checked) and quickly ordered 1 for me. Once it arrived, he called me to let me know. When I arrived, he promptly fixed my phone 📱 and phone 📱 case. The shop doesn't look very impressive and has limited parking (I would guess no more than 6 spaces) BUT, they do good work 👍 👏 at reasonable prices. I'd recommend them if you live in the Glen Burnie area.”
