“WOW!!! What wonderful personalized service this store provided me! I met Elle yesterday and she started the process. She was attentive, friendly, and so helpful. Due to the permanent injuries I am dealing with, (and the fact that I arrived towards the end of the day and my bad foot was particularly painful, we decided I should come back early in the day and ask for Bill - who, she said, is particularly knowledgeable in fitting an injured foot). I arrived today and Bill was there at the front counter ready and eager to assist! As my orthopedic injuries pose challenges, he listened intently to recommend the best options for me. He asked questions, evaluated the wear pattern on my current sneaker, tested my arches, and went about pulling out sneakers to try. My goal was to find a general sneaker to provide greater support while I walk. (I try to do that daily). Such a fabulous experience! We settled on a puma sneaker that checked off all the boxes. Plus with a "runners loop" lace up, it made the sneakers even better. Bill checked for other color ways and I opted to have a different one than what I tried on. He ordered them and they are being sent to my home. Very grateful for all the time Bill (& Elle) spent with me to get the right (and left ;-) ) sneaker for my needs! Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and kind! THANK YOU!”

“Great selection, EXCEPTIONAL customer service from ALL associates, especially HOWARD. He went above and beyond to help me get over 12 pairs of shoes to try, some in different sizes and brands. He walked all over the store to assist me. I recently had a procedure on my foot, and I needed several shoes and sneakers with thick soles and some w/ extra cushioning. He found everything I needed, and I ended up buying 6 pairs. Thank you, Howard.”
“Great experience. 4 course meal was fantastic with a nice extra dessert for a birthday. Lots of selections to mix and match. My wife has celiac disease so everything was gluten free and there were no issues with that. In fact there was a special GF snicker doodle with our chocolate dessert fondue that is only available for those eating gluten free.”

“let me just tell you, Jessica is the most wonderful human on this earth! We come from far and not too often but she makes the trip worth it every time! She remembers my family and I and goes above and beyond every time!!! My parents are buckle obsessed and i normally just tag along! “There are so many clothes temptations here. I went in looking for Farm Rio clothing, in particular their dresses. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to my requests. The store is well lit and meticulously organized. They did have the brand of clothing I was looking for however what they had in stock did not work for me this time. Looking forward to returning.”
“Great selection of baby items at good prices and even better staff! I went in a few months ago not knowing they were closing soon and the staff was so sweet and let me shop past closing. (I felt awful when I realized it.) I had just started my baby in daycare that week and was frazzled and the Carter’s staff were patient and help me find everything I needed. “Am in MD from another state on an extended visit to care for a sick family member. When taking a break, I wandered into a Talbots while walking around an unfamiliar Annapolis mall. I found one of two sweaters I'd purchased at my local Talbots that I needed to exchange for smaller sizes, and a beautiful coat that was a size too small. Having no coats in the needed size and color in the store, a salesperson hepfully located the coat and the other sweater I wanted to exchange online so I could have them sent to my home. At checkout I realized that the sweaters I'd purchased at my home store had been purchased at a greater discount than at that the current sale. In order to create an even exchange, I went back to the home I'm visiting to retrieve the 2 discounted items. (Are you following this?) 45 minutes later I was back at the store with the 2 sweaters for exchange. At checkout, a different salesperson discovered that both the sweater and the coat were no longer available online. Just 45 min later!! THIS wonderful salesperson volunteered to search Talbots' system for store returns. She quickly located BOTH items in 2 different stores in other states. She called each store. It took a few minutes for employees in each states to physically locate the requested items, but ultimately, the Annapolis employee helped me to secure both items for home deliveries. Talk about service above and beyond!! So very sorry I didn't get the names of these outstanding employees, but grateful that they helped to lift my spirits during this stressful time.”
“Stopped by to grab 2 new pair of shoes.Fern and Samantha were awesome.Got home, changed, and went to pick up my 3yr old from daycare. As I'm picking him up, we noticed one shoe had a small blemish.I didn't have the box, I was literally wearing the shoes, and we live 30 min away so I stopped by the store just to see what we could do. Totally figured I would have to come back with the box but I rolled the dice anyway.They waved as I walked back in, as we had a great chat earlier, and I showed them the issue. None of us noticed until after the original sale. Best exchange I've ever experienced. We all got a good laugh out of it, they swapped them out and fixed the issue on the spot. “The customer service at this store is absolutely excellent. I called this store looking for non slip work shoes for restaurant work, and Ian answered the phone with knowledge of his current stock off the top of his head. I then visited the store and was actually fitted for shoes for the first time in over a decade. We found the right shoe fit for me and Ian graciously ordered in the version of the shoe with non-slip soles and the color I needed. Three days later, I came in to pick up the shoe and they were a perfect match. The store is also incredibly clean and tidy, nicely lit and well stocked. I am so impressed by my experience here I will be recommending the store to my family members.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Kayden at Under Armour — hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.
He was super efficient without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and knows the brand inside and out. His energy, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If every store had a Kayden, shopping would be a whole different world.
