“Although I did not find the goldilocks pair of sneakers I was looking for, the staff Andriana and Matt were so helpful in helping me find a pair of shoes for my problem feet. Matt spent time helping me find a good fit after I left with a pair that wasn't fitting right. Amazing service and personal attentiveness and very kind and knowledgeable about shoes. I wish I could have found my dream pair of shoes, but it just wasn't in the cards for me. I returned a pair that I had got over the weekend and they gave me no problems about giving me a full refund. “Great selection of baby items at good prices and even better staff! I went in a few months ago not knowing they were closing soon and the staff was so sweet and let me shop past closing. (I felt awful when I realized it.) I had just started my baby in daycare that week and was frazzled and the Carter’s staff were patient and help me find everything I needed. “I absolutely hate shopping, but sometimes you have to! As someone with long legs, finding clothes that actually fit and work for me can be a challenge. Buckle is one of the few stores that offers a selection that caters to my needs, so I traveled all the way from Delaware to shop.
From the moment I walked through the door, Kristeena took care of me. She listened to everything I was looking for, and went above and beyond to help me find the right pieces. She truly pampered me throughout the entire experience and, somehow, actually made shopping enjoyable!
The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was such a refreshing experience to feel genuinely taken care of rather than just feeling like another customer.

“I am a 20+ year customer with Red Wing Shoes. I have had the best experiences with Peter at the Annapolis store. I drive from Southern Delaware to get maintenance on my work boots and purchase new ones. There is a store in Dover, Delaware that is closer for me, however, I do not get the same service that I get at the Annapolis store.”
“Famous footwear is amazing, the store themselves, but their credit card is a joke. So when the sales clerk don't push for you to sign up that's a good thing. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR CREDIT CARD!! BUT SHOP AT THEIR STORE, employees are fantastic and merch too!!.”
“My mother and I had a great customer experience at this New Balance store! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Keegan recommended the 990s for my mother who suffers from an arthritic knee. “The products are very cute and of course Vans quality is great! The staff, however, bring this store to the next level. I went here yesterday and my sister ended up purchasing overalls, and then I came back today trying to backtrack a lost wallet. Both times, we walked in to a very cheerful welcome and such intentional and caring service - from multiple different staff members! They mourned my lost wallet with me and they celebrated it's finding with me as well!!

“This store has a fantastic selection of in-stock work boots at reasonable prices. There are no fashion or poser boots. Just work boots and some workwear. Each item on the shelf is clearly labelled with its safety features to make finding the perfect boot easy. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable about what's on the shelf. I'll be making the 90-minute drive here next time since there are more work boots here than all of of St. Mary's County.”

“Went there today for the first time and I have to say what a great place it is. This is now my new place to get work boots as the prices were very far. I never heard of Iron Age boots before and they are very comfortable. The lady working there today was very nice and very helpful. She also made sure I left happy with my decision. “I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Kayden at Under Armour — hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.
He was super efficient without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and knows the brand inside and out. His energy, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If every store had a Kayden, shopping would be a whole different world.

“A reliable store that offers some good prices on brand name shoes with ever advancing security measures and obviously broken open boxes. The dressing room now requires a key and number after years of free access, which put a damper on the whole affair. Time stops for no one and it seems increasingly unkind to this location.”

Not only did (and I apologize if I’m misspelling her name) Latisa immediately greet us, but she jumped right into helping me find the right size and pair for me and for the event. She stuck with me through at least two styles and several different sizes of each. Her knowledge was very much appreciated, she was AMAZINGLY personable, so kind, very funny, and I felt like she was 100% focused on me and helping me. I haven’t experienced that kind service before, and my boyfriend and I will be returning. Their boot selection is SIZABLE, and all of the clothing and various accessories they sell are numerous. HIGHLY recommend.”
