“I don’t typically write reviews but I have to for these guys..I’m easily located within 15-20min from various lacrosse stores but we’ll always make the 45min drive to support them!! My daughter was new to the sport and was greeted by Martin who shared all his knowledge with us. He made the experience for my daughter and I so inviting we only want to go here. He helped her pick out her first stick which made it even more special. We stopped in a few days ago to talk to Martin about a rebounder-again super helpful and asked all the right question about her plans and growth. Just picked up the rebounder today and met Bryce!! Bryce thank you so much for the help and please tell the other guy there thanks for the assist on the top string!! You guys are awesome!!”

“The in store experience was perfect as it always is. But whoever handles your dxl website , not the Annapolis one, but overall, never replied to my message asking about availability of a certain kind of Callaway polo shirt. So I finally just went to the store and bought one I really didn't want.”
“The products are very cute and of course Vans quality is great! The staff, however, bring this store to the next level. I went here yesterday and my sister ended up purchasing overalls, and then I came back today trying to backtrack a lost wallet. Both times, we walked in to a very cheerful welcome and such intentional and caring service - from multiple different staff members! They mourned my lost wallet with me and they celebrated it's finding with me as well!!

“The customer service at this store is absolutely excellent. I called this store looking for non slip work shoes for restaurant work, and Ian answered the phone with knowledge of his current stock off the top of his head. I then visited the store and was actually fitted for shoes for the first time in over a decade. We found the right shoe fit for me and Ian graciously ordered in the version of the shoe with non-slip soles and the color I needed. Three days later, I came in to pick up the shoe and they were a perfect match. The store is also incredibly clean and tidy, nicely lit and well stocked. I am so impressed by my experience here I will be recommending the store to my family members.”

I never heard of Iron Age boots before and they are very comfortable. The lady working there today was very nice and very helpful. She also made sure I left happy with my decision. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.
He was super efficient without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and knows the brand inside and out. The dressing room now requires a key and number after years of free access, which put a damper on the whole affair. Time stops for no one and it seems increasingly unkind to this location.”
