“Almost reviewed this store badly a year ago when I was looking for a post office box ? and no one would answer the phone at multiple UPS stores in the area except one downtown, kinda far away. Never reviewed it. Got a box in a nearby town.
Called again today and no one answered the phone. Left a voice mail asking about last time to get a UPS shipment out today. Surprisingly I did receive a call back ? and someone very kindly explained the last pickup for UPS was at 6pm (could be a few min early). ?
Overall this store is much more highly rated than the other UPS stores. My drop off was quick and I was given a receipt (had a prepaid label). The package is already on the way. ?

“Woo hoo!!! Never knew there was a UPS drop off at Advance Auto Parts. Saves from having to drive over to Emmorton Road.They don't have a printer to print a receipt but will email you. By the time I got in the car my receipt was in my inbox.”
