“I have been doing business with Cecil Bank for several decades, without a single problem. Every person, from the manager to the drive-thru teller, strives to maintain excellent customer service. Although I've moved out of state, I remain a faithful customer, as their service cannot be matched. There's always the occasional bump in the road of life. But, the negative comments targeting " the ladies" of the bank are inconsistent with the truth, misogynistic, and lack emotional maturity. “I spoke with the representative named Jim but he was so rude and very unprofessional. I was telling him about my concern when I open an account and didn’t get the bonus. He was very rude how he handle things. I understand people what they’re going through in life but don’t throw it on the customers. You have to remember, the company are the one to suffer for bad employees.
When you make mistakes and try to fix it with another mistakes then you get a terrible results.

I've banked with this branch since 2005/2006 and I've got say, I've been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy you could ever imagine. Teresa's team are, in my opinion, a direct reflection of their leadership. In this case, exceptional. Whenever I call or stop in via the drive thru, they greet me with excitement and enthusiasm every time. It is so refreshing to do business with a team of people that treat me as a person and not just another account. Before COVID, when I would have to go inside to conduct business, there's always a friendly warmth in the atmosphere.
