“I had an appointment at 5:30 AM and arrived the day before at 4:00 PM. They didn't let me check in early, but they do have overnight parking, which was very convenient.
The next morning I checked in at Door 5 for my delivery. The lady at check-in was amazing—10/10! She was super nice, had no attitude, didn't yell, and made the process smooth. I was assigned Door 512 right away.
They unloaded my 20 pallets quickly. As soon as I got the green light, one of the employees told me where to pick up my paperwork. I grabbed my paperwork and was out the gate in no time.

“Loading took about two hours. First you check in at the guard shack. The guard gives you a door. You back into the door and they load you. When the green light comes on, go to office number 39. At the window they give you the paperwork. The seals should be put on by the guards at the exit gate.”

“Very easy to pickup here. Go through the guard stand, then turn left so that you're parked curbside to pickup your order. Follow the link from your email to check in and someone comes right out with your order. The large lot before the guard stand is employee parking only. Exit the way you entered. Picture of the entrance as seen from the driveway. You may not enter the building as it is badged for employee access only. They come to you.”
