Prior to getting set up with Synergy Orthopedics, I went to another medical supply pharmacy was told that the brace would be in within 5 days. Now their time frame changed to "unknown". Rachel is absolutely the sweetest and the most accommodating. Very friendly employees, the process was a breeze. Highly recommend this company.”

“I have been so nonplussed by the lack of good service from vendors. NOT SO WITH TOWSON MEDICAL SUPPLY. I live in Bowie and could not get to Towson so the whole transaction for a new lift chair was handled via phone. Donna was outstanding in her care of me as a customer and her knowledge of their products. The chair arrived today and it is perfect in every way. My husband and I could not be more pleased. The chair even has extra features such as a wireless phone charger. Donna was very patient in teaching me what measurements were necessary and the chair fits my husband like a glove. “I was surprised by this little privately owned pharmacy located near my home in Phoenix Maryland. The service was quick, no waiting in long lines to be served, everyone was polite, and prescriptions were filled in a timely fashion. Best of all, when I needed to speak to the pharmacist, I was connected almost immediately after speaking to a real person! The gift shop has high-quality items as well as the usual tchotchkes. I really like this place and have transferred all my Rx's to it.”
