“I had a membership with Canton Carwash and canceled because of the Auto Spa they’re building in Ellicott City, which is significantly closer to me. However until that facility officially opens, I decided to join a membership with Splash-In since they’re running a $20/month promo.
What I did not expect was the level of professionalism and service I received. Every single person I interacted with had top tier customer service and adding Tire Shine to cars by hand is such a nice/personal touch vs the automated tire shine that you can barely see at other washes.
Not only that but a few days later I returned and the manager greeted me by name. I was blown away that he even remembered my name and recognized me given how many people he probably interacts with on a daily basis.
Impressed is an understatement. I originally was going to stay temporarily until Auto Spa opened but I changed my mind. This will be my goto wash until further notice.”

“Tim a Dante has great customer service fills. I rate them as a five store when I first walked in the store. I was greeted by Tim with a big smile and a welcoming come on in and Dante. He waited on me. He have such great hospitality. They helped me find everything I need they helped me with the coffee machine. They were so great. I believe if I go in a place and I’m welcome the way I did. I will come there faithfully every time just to get a cup of ice.”

“I was very happy to find a touchless, automatic, 24hr car wash. It's also pretty new. The cons: it's a bit overpriced at $12 for the mid tier wash, and it wasn't able to get my windshield as clean as some other touchless washes have. However, overall I was pleased.”

“Have never had any car detailed. Gary picked up my car, and took it tohis detail place, and all I had to do was hand him the keys. He then delivered it back to me. How easy was this!!! The car looks new and boy does it sparkle!!! There were some places on my car around the trunk, that I had really never looked at until Gary pointed them out to me before he took the car, that were very dirty but (again) Gary made them sparkle!!Thanks Gary...for your efficiency and kindness and quality of service. I walked in looking for what I needed and came back to the counter only to see now she’s in the back prepping potatoes to be cooked while the guy she was with stood there clueless.
