“I only use the self-service and find it very accommodating, but every time I use any of bays the sprayer and hose leaves my hands and clothes filthy, so -1 star for that. I don't know what is going on to make them get so grimy, but it has me reconsidering my subscription.”

“I don’t know why I took so long to rate cow boy car wash. I am a transplant from the west coast, and of all the car washes I have been to, I can say confidently it is the best car wash and car detail with extremely reasonable prices. They are extremely detailed and thorough with their work, and the owner is very personable and kind.
I go to no other car wash.”

“Being retired, I go on off hours and never wait longer than one vehicle in front of me 😎 The wash is good but for some reason it never gets the part of the windshield that the windshield wipers follow to the top and sides of the windshield 😞 but having the undercarriage washed(winter time road salt)in a nice touch I’m referring to the auto wash, I don’t know if monthly applies to self wash stations. In all it’s great price for the service 😎”

“One day I pulled in and asked if they could wash my van with a large carrier on the back and Jamar answered, “No, but the vacuums are free.”
I appreciate how helpful and kind Jamar has been. In the following weeks of being able to vacuum out my van, I would see him often outside, tending to his works, but also connecting with the people and trying to be helpful. I would say keep your eye on Jamar. He’s good with people. And so I gave him a tip”

“Tim a Dante has great customer service fills. I rate them as a five store when I first walked in the store. I was greeted by Tim with a big smile and a welcoming come on in and Dante. He waited on me. He have such great hospitality. They helped me find everything I need they helped me with the coffee machine. They were so great. I believe if I go in a place and I’m welcome the way I did. I will come there faithfully every time just to get a cup of ice.”

“These people rock. I pay for a monthly subscription because I like the fact it's a touchless car wash (doesn't scratch your paint). I get my car washed like 4 times a month and totally worth it. The reason I write this review is because the automatic kiosk failed du to internet problems, but I called and they found my account and manually made sure I could go in. Never had a bad experience here!”

“I was very happy to find a touchless, automatic, 24hr car wash. It's also pretty new. The cons: it's a bit overpriced at $12 for the mid tier wash, and it wasn't able to get my windshield as clean as some other touchless washes have. However, overall I was pleased.”
“Have never had any car detailed. Gary picked up my car, and took it tohis detail place, and all I had to do was hand him the keys. He then delivered it back to me. How easy was this!!! The car looks new and boy does it sparkle!!! There were some places on my car around the trunk, that I had really never looked at until Gary pointed them out to me before he took the car, that were very dirty but (again) Gary made them sparkle!!Thanks Gary...for your efficiency and kindness and quality of service. My car (almost 4 years old) really looks brand new. Might do it again after the winter!!”

“Does a great job. The final outcome greatly depends on the vehicle owner, and how you care for your vehicle. If your vehicle has embedded dirt on it from never being washed much, you need to get that off. To maintain your vehicle's good looks, then bring it to "Carroll's Car Wash" to really see how good it will look. Look at my vehicle after visiting "Carroll's"Steve G.”
