“Very nice music store with a variety of musical instruments, audio equipment, instrument rentals, training materials, and much more! There were plenty of friendly sales associates who were available to answer any questions you had. Having played trombone for decades, it was nice to meet people who were knowledgeable about their products offerings and the different brands of instruments. This is very beneficial for the parent who is looking to rent an instrument for their child and for the seasoned musician who just wants to know about features and upcoming sales. It is a rather sizeable store so I'm sure they have a service department which can be very important to a performing musician! Dedicated parking is somewhat limited, but there were areas on the street if needed. A very clean store and friendly atmosphere. I just stumbled upon it on an afternoon drive. I would go back and recommend supporting this local music business!”

“After several attempts to get a new battery on a Sunday for a Mercedes, I was told about this company. “I am writing this review after my LED gaming keyboard was repaired. At first, the person at the front desk said that it was probably better for me to buy a new keyboard, but I insisted that I have it fixed. Once they found the problem, a bad USB cable, they proceeded to replace it. I paid for the repairs and was very happy. The keyboard was purchased in 2017, and its warranty had expired, so I wasn’t worried about them not fixing it. Besides, had already bought a new one just in case they couldn’t fix it am very pleased that they were able to do the job the keyboard I bought back in 2017 was from eBay and instructions were in Chinese. So, we already know what that means a cheap LED keyboard with a cheap USB cable attached to it means that there will be problems they didn’t have to do it but they did and I am grateful for it.”

“Got into quite the predicament as I was trying to upgrade the computer a few days before school started and completely destroyed it. Mike helped me through the embarrassing process as I had to replace the motherboard leading to a partial rebuild. Mike was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced the motherboard, redid the wiring and updated all the bios and drivers so I can have the computer in time for the semester. I am very grateful and will be returning for any future work needed. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Great work done with great care! I received a firm, timely estimate before work began on a studio monitor and a cassette deck. I received a promise that if repairs were not possible or satisfactory I would not be charged, not even for the diagnosis. The estimate was spot on and I was updated at every stage of the repair. More than once I was asked if the cost seemed appropriate and manageable. I'm a fussy, old professional musician/audio guy, in love with my "vintage" gear. Having been hustled in almost every state, I'm naturally leery so I phoned all over the city. Imagine my joy in finding a shop peopled by humans as particular as I am. My gear was in the hands of Marshall, an excellent audio technician. Don't put your gear in the hands of indifferent automatons. (Plenty of those around.) Go with repair people with long and broad experience -- truly nice and well-meaning people. You won't be treated like a number.”
