Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Kandice Cockeysville location was very patient, took her time and believe me it's hard to sell my husband on a big purchase.
She helped my husband and I choose a mattress. We even purchased a mattress for my daughter. We were very pleased with the time she took found what we wanted and we were sold. Once we got home the bed was not comfortable at all, but all it took was a visit back to the store. We contacted Kandice and she kindly went back over different types of beds the form and styles. She was very understanding never hassled which we were worried. No hassle return and still gave us the discount that we had with our original purchase. Needless to say my family highly recommends this location if you want excellent products, awesome customer service and a great deal. I'm definitely sending customers her way!!! Very, very pleased. “I have read endless reviews about this business the practices and the employees. Even with all of that I still decided to get furniture. This was totally because I needed a living set quickly . I had several failed deliveries from top furniture stores . The door frame was not cooperating . The online phone representation was amazing . All was explained no hidden fees . One issue they don't assemble that I was aware of and wasn't explained . This was an online /phone transaction. I'm sure this was on the papers I signed but I should have read completely. I should have also been told . That's the only big thing I have an issue with . That's why I gave 4 stars .”

“This is an amazing store to get your mattresses from!!! I have Sciatic nerve damage in my back and the queen size mattress I got from here has made my back feel 100 times better than it did before when I had my old mattress. I paid 1200$ for my old mattress and I paid less that half of that for my new one and it’s a better quality and softer mattress, I 100% recommend getting your mattress from here if you are looking for one!!”

She was very attentive each time we came back to finalize our choice. We have dealt with Gavins in the past when purchasing our England couch. We always buy the protection plan which worked out beautifully. We had to replace a cushion cover and it was delivered to us very promptly.”
