“My sales associate was Wayne. Having been to his competition, who was extremely aggressive and didn't listen to what we were looking for we walked out.We met with Wayne. Very nice. I told him what we were looking for. The first thing he did was "Listen". Showed us what we were looking for. He had my wife lay on the mattress for a few minutes. She liked it. He asked if he could show us another mattress of better quality and value. My wife loved it and so did I. For a few hundred dollars more. We got the better mattress.
