“On August 15th I went to the Staples in Pikesville to utilize their copy center to print my mother's obituaries I think the gentleman that helped me name was Chris he was really helpful with the printing process and paper he was really knowledgeable of what I needed and the manager also honored a previous quote that I was given that was incorrect but he honored the quote anyway. My apologies if I have the employee name incorrectly but he know who he is.”
“I came here to ship an important document to my aunt in Florida, during my time in the facility I noticed the staff were very friendly and communicated with each other respectfully and in a positive manner. I believe the young woman helping me was named Earika (please forgive me if I misspelled your name). She was very polite as the computers kept crashing on her but she kept her cool. The manager was also respectful when giving instructions to the employees, honestly they seem to have a great team that works well together!”
