Without a doubt, Fatima and the rest of the staff are the friendliest and most helpful BoA employees that I've ever dealt with. I will always use this branch. We would give them 10 stars but Google only allows 5 stars.β

βVisited Navy Federal Credit Union in Ashburn, VA, on June 28, 2025, to get documents notarized. Joseph Anderson, the Member Services Manager, greeted us warmly and professionally, quickly coordinating notary assistance. We waited less than 5 minutes in a comfortable lobby before Zachary Mossburg efficiently handled our notarization. Joseph thanked us by name as we left, adding a personal touch to a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this branch for outstanding service!β
βThe bank manager has been there for many years and the staff have always been very helpful. They say hello and recognize me every time I walk in with myself or others from my family. In my opinion this is one of the better banks in the Leesburg VA area.β

From the second I walked in, I was greeted by multiple team members and taken care of right away. Even though it wasnβt busy, the level of attention, professionalism, and genuine friendliness stood out immediately.
My teller, Estefany, was outstanding. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made everything so easy. She handled everything I needed quickly and thoroughly, and you could tell she truly cared about helping, not just doing her job. That kind of service is rare.
I work just 5 miles away, and Iβll go out of my way to keep coming back to this branch because of the experience alone.
I also run a large dealership nearby, so I know what great service and strong leadership look like, and this doesnβt happen by accident. Whoever is managing this branch deserves serious recognition. Theyβve built an incredible team, created a welcoming culture, and clearly have processes in place that deliver a top-tier customer experience every time.
If there were awards for customer service, this branch would win, no question.
I truly hope Wells Fargo sees this, because this was hands-down one of the best service experiences Iβve had anywhere! Keep at it!β

Although I should say Georgina morris was able to find resolution within 5 mins and helped me a lot, sheβs got 5 star but not the bank . Iβm still waiting for refundβ

βMoved from CA and was a long-time Chase client prior but when moved to Leesburg only branches were in DC.
Looking for new bank and walked in and was helped by Ron. Awesome experience, very experienced banker. Was taking advantage of a Chase open account promotion and was a great experience from greeter to making an appt to come back to open accounts.
Pleasant branch, greeters are almost too friendly. Unfortunately no safe deposit boxes. Hope that this is the beginning of a long relationship, switching from a bank that I had been with since we moved to VA that was originally BB&T but service has declined since the takeover.β
