“Wow! I am just so pleased with my store experience today. A little cutie patootie named Max helped me out so much today! I came into the store today in search of soil for my gardening pots but I needed help as I did not know which I needed for my pots. I went up to a young man named max who seemed to be seemed to be busy but dropped everything and started helping. He was a huuuuuge help. He taught me all of the nooks and crannies of soil and showed me everything I needed to know and which to buy. Also at checkout he was being a great helper as I was having trouble with my coupons, these gizmos these days are killing me. But he did what he should and called his manager over who later helped me, it was a life saver. He was such a polite young man too and even carried my bags of soil out to my car. Oh boy do I wish I was young again and could carry my stuff! This boy is a rockstar as most kids his age are too lazy to even do a job. When I was a kid everyone had jobs! 5 stars!!!!”
“Great store! Just had class there this past Saturday and the teacher Henry Bockman is very skilled and knowledgeable and willing to help others learn! And wanting them to succeed ! I am very grateful for the opportunity to be able to get supplies from the store, and taking the class there!”
“They give you hands on help as soon as you walk in. Describe what you need and they go to the aisle and help you find it which you would never get at Home Depot. They are super knowledgable and willing to help. Highly recommend, beats driving to Home Depot where this place is 5 mins from our house .”

“I purchased a large mirror that came with the incorrect screw size and it's been challenging trying to find the correct size to fit the mirrors hardware. I came in on Thursday (02/29/24) and again today (03/03/24). Will helped me on Thursday and while the screws didn't fit, he was wonderful. Today Bill helped me out and I can't say enough good things about him. I haven't tried the screws out yet but either way, their assistance was greatly appreciated and very helpful.”
“Strange review here, but I am a 20 year old female and my headlights both went out at the same time traveling at night. I live about 3 hours away and I stopped here for help. I arrived 25 minutes before close and every worker came out to help me with my car. They spent about 45 minutes checking my fuse boxes and headlights as well as charging my phone. The workers here are more than kind and extremely willing to help a stranger in need. I recommend Glen Echo Hardware store for all of your needs.”
“This is a great neighborhood hardware store. All of the guys working there are so helpful to find things or give some light project advice. Every time I think about going to the big box store, I start at Bill's, and usually find everything I need, with much better store staff at bills.”

“Brown's Hardware is my go-to place. The service is outstanding. The product knowledge is excellent. I find the product value to be as good as, if not better, than Home Depot. I'm invisible in the big box stores; no help, no knowledge, no assistance. I walk for miles looking and looking for things and end up with nothing. So Brown's is a god-send for me for gardening supplies as well as hard to find gadgets and advice. They repair screens as well as other services. Parking is also good given they are located in a very busy area. I am grateful for them and all they do.”

On recent trips Juan & May both helped me find what I was Looking for in the store’s tight aisles. The store is is only a bus or train ride away, and is dog friendly!”
“We were shopping for ceiling fans for a new construction house. Jane Broomall helped us out and provided excellent customer service. The online capabilities helped a lot and made everything smoother and easier. Jane worked hard to find us what we needed at a good price. When we ordered, the price on the invoice was higher for some items than the price quoted, and when I pointed this out, Jane successfully got us a refund for the difference. I would definitely use Ferguson's again!”

“Gave them a call beginning of the week to make an assessment on a commercial door that needed to be replaced and informed me that the frame did not have to be replaced because it was still in good shape. Following week one of their employees Shawn performed the door installation diligently showing his work ethics. Bottom line this company showed profession, skills and superb customer service.”

“This is a Hilti tools and supplies store. Good customer service. Most of the time there is enough employees to help and you won't need to wait for long. The parking is convenient and right in front of the store. I buy new tools and supplies from this store, or through my rep and pick it up from here. I also bring tools for service as well.”
“This is a huge store, & I am just referring to the regular store not the attached equipment rental area. I was here on a weekday morning, & I saw employees everywhere I looked. I never had a problem finding someone to ask for help from. I recommend this Home Depot for all your seasonal decorations & your home improvement, fixit and related maintenance items. There is also a nice, large and clean men's restroom. The Christmas decorations you can get here are awesome & more than enough to decorate both the inside & outside of your home in the spirit of the season. If you are looking for a good sale they are in every department of the store. There was clearance in the gardening department and winter hand warmers on sale at the entrance. “So so wish I could award half stars! I think this location deserves 3.5 stars.I like that the store advertises the mask mandate and provides hand sanitizer for customers. However, no one really social distances here. Unfortunately that includes employees who are walking close to you with their mask pulled down. Otherwise we had a good experience and found what we needed!”

“Long story short here . I needed to retrieve a key from a defunct lockbox for one of my listings . Make no mistake those things are built not to be broken open . It took two guys 30 Mins to pry it open for me using bars and wrenches . And they did it all with a great attitude. This place and team are the absolute best .”
