“Needed a jeweler to repair the clasp on a silver necklace. Tom, the owner, had it done in minutes and refused to accept any payment, saying it was too small of a job to charge for! Rare to find that sort of attitude these days. If you need high quality but affordable jewelry service, I can't recommend Bethesda Jewelers enough. Access to the building can be tricky at times due to the high security entrance, but the store can be reached via phone if you need to be let in.
The store also has an interesting collection of modern and antique jewelry on display, as well as a large, curated collection of designer brand watches, as well as some rare and collectible luxury brand pieces, all of which are quite reasonably priced compared to MSRP or online. 10/10 overall, I will be back for any future jewelry repairs I may need.”

I went on the final day and was pleasantly surprised by the discounts offered by the vendors. I even walked away with a gorgeous new bracelet at a great price! I met with Don at the Jewelry Doctor and he was incredibly articulate in describing my options for appropriate sizing. Due to the daintiness of the band and diamond positioning, sizing the ring could have an impact on the overall structural integrity of the ring. Don explained my options and the potential time it could take. I was impressed beyond belief when Don called to inform me the ring was able to be sized in record time.
