“This store is such a blessing to have in Vienna! It's helped me expand my efforts to take care of our earth. First I was introduced to the washing machine sheets so I don't have to get the big detergent packages. Now I also use the dryer balls so I don't purchase the dryer sheets that don't compost. I learn about new products constantly there and always feel uplifted as I leave. I look forward to going back, almost hoping I'll run out of something sooner, lol.There's a discussion about a native plant swap later in April also. I enjoy their events, and educational as well.”

“It took a while for us to decide on Budget Blinds. I compared several window treatment stores based not only on cost but quality, style and service. We decided to go with blackout remote controlled honeycomb shades in our bedroom and 1% solar (99% blocking of UV rats) remote controlled panels in the dining/kitchen area. The quality and color of the window treatments were excellent and the motors of the remote were just a hum which was important to us.Nathan Risk was extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide on the manufacturer based on quality, cost and warranty terms. There are so many to choose from so his expertise was critical in helping us decide. He gave us time to compare with others before we placed our order with Budget Blinds.The installers were prompt and very respectful of our home. They were efficient in installations and programming the remote control.One of the remotes did not come with the package so Diane from the main office made sure to order and have it mailed to us. The office staff were very responsive from start to finish. We ordered the blinds on Nov 20 and they were installed just before Thanksgiving.When we received the second remote, Nathan came back and programmed all the shades to our specifications. He did separate programming for each shade plus one other programming for all shades in tandem.One caveat about the black out shades is that some sunlight will filter in between the shades but we knew that and it didn’t bother us much. Perhaps we will find a way to filter out the small column of lights between shades.Overall I highly recommend Budget Blinds for all the reasons stated above.”

“First and foremost Danene was absolutely amazing with helping us pick out all things tile, grout and design. She was energetic, knowledgeable and patient. What seemed like an arduous task to us became a really fun and confident one working with Danene. She called upon some of her colleagues (Tony and Zay) and they were knowledgeable, kind and helpful too. Customer service that is exemplified such as this, keeps a customer returning for more items to buy. We visited the Leesburg store a couple of times, but never had the acknowledgment or assistance like we received in Gaithersburg. I believed it paid off for the large order of tile we made for around 3000 sq Ft.”

“Parking is terrible especially since they ripped out the playground in the center median strip. Has bragging rights as an upscale shopping plaza with the Apple store, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and crate & barrel, but feels like something's missing. Maybe a Chick-fil-A would help?”

“The staff and owner of this sweet shop went ABOVE AND BEYOND to embroider something last minute for Christmas. The staff and owner are lovely. They make their own candles (not a scented candle person, usually too stinky) but theirs are perfectly balanced and natural - and are made by women who are in need (I bought two). Lovely linens, robes, jewelry, etc. I will be recommending this sweet shop to all my friends.”

“What a beautiful little antique shop I ran across today. The Owners are extremely nice and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable about the antiques history. My husband bought me the silver tea set as a Valentine gift. I could have left with more but did not to get carried away because I pretty much loved everything.I also like that they had soups and beverages for sale in front of their store with a seating area to eat and enjoy the scenery.
