“Just like to give a shout out to Vince at your Prince Frederick, MD store. I’d been to that icky big box retailer (you know the one, from Arkansas). I was totally ignored by their fine associates because the stupid tire pressure gauge was behind a locked glass display. No one could be bothered to even respond to repeated requests for customer service. I figured AutoZone probably had one. So I ran around the corner to AutoZone and bought a better version than I would have gotten at BigBlueMart and not only that, but Vince asked me how I was. Honestly I was still a little ticked at BigBlueMart, but Vince was so nice, he immediately put me in a good mood. Thanks Vince and Thanks AutoZone”
“purchased a used Chevy Equinox. First day driving it and one of the brakes squealed horribly. Then I noticed that the windshield was making a whistle sound. The sound got louder the faster I drove. Made an service appointment. One tech didn't hear the noise, drove around with second tech, who heard it. Was told to bring my car back as it was an MSI issue. I asked why I couldn't leave it and get a loaner as I was driving from another county and needed a vehicle to get to work. They said I didn't have that on my bayside for life. I was advised to call Ellen. She advised that I do in fact have loaner coverage but they didn't have any loaners and would call me back when they did. Almost 2 months after the purchase and still have any of the issues fixed or have gotten a call back.”
“After a deer redesigned the hood, right fender, along with other repairs on my 2000 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi, I decided to get the car back to original design.

“Today it was my first time at this store. I’m an Army Veteran and just had surgery stitches removed on my left thumb and struggle to feel what I touch due to injuries during my military service. I had my windshield replaced next door- but wanted a cheaper option for the time being to have different windshield wipers. The gentleman at the front helped me to choose the best windshield wipers for my current needs and it as raining when I bought them. After waiting for a while he helped to change them for me- not that it as required- but I highly appreciate the superior customer service! As a former mechanic in the Army- I pride myself always to care about small details- so he did today!
After I left. It began to rain about 20 minutes later pretty heavily. Today, for what he’s done, taking out the time to go outside in the rain to place the wipers on my vehicle - he did more than that- he saved a life today and many others during this heavy rain by going above and beyond- he saved a grandmother and a former soldier from harm’s way to drive off! That is my hero of the day! I drove and prayed and thanked God that when the wipers were swinging and streaking the rain away- that this person has contributed to safety and to NAPA as a great team player and set up he standard and example of excellence in customer service! Thank you!”
