“purchased a used Chevy Equinox. First day driving it and one of the brakes squealed horribly. Then I noticed that the windshield was making a whistle sound. The sound got louder the faster I drove. Made an service appointment. One tech didn't hear the noise, drove around with second tech, who heard it. Was told to bring my car back as it was an MSI issue. I asked why I couldn't leave it and get a loaner as I was driving from another county and needed a vehicle to get to work. They said I didn't have that on my bayside for life. I was advised to call Ellen. She advised that I do in fact have loaner coverage but they didn't have any loaners and would call me back when they did. Almost 2 months after the purchase and still have any of the issues fixed or have gotten a call back.”

I spoke to 3 other companies in the area, 1 didn't have any drivers avail, another just didn't answer, and the 3rd quoted an outrageous fee. George was there quick, fast & in a hurry! He took extra care with my vehicle and got me where I needed to go. Rates are in line with avg going rates. He will definitely be my go to for towing services moving fwd.”

“I have an 03 Lexus and as you know, over time, needed some tlc. I took my vehicle to Guy Motors @2018 and they scanned it - told my husband that the Lexus is sensitive to aftermarket parts as he had just tuned it up. We got it back and my husband did as they said and the problem was fixed.About every year after that, I've had some kind of issue - we decided to just let them fix it. They are reasonable, they stand behind their work and they are very communicative about what's going on with your car. I would recommend them any day of the week - thanks Scott for always bringing my car back to life!!!”

“Ryan was great! I got a flat on a Saturday afternoon; called and he said he was slammed but would do his best to get it fixed for the next day. Wasn't able to drop off the tire for a patch until 5 minutes before they closed that Saturday, and there was a bunch of other tires in line before me. Ryan said it was no problem. He called midday the next day, on a Sunday, to let us know it was already done and ready to go. He had me turned around on short notice on a weekend in a day, so I was very pleased. It was about $10 more that I paid for a patch at another local place recently, but I can't complain about what I got for the money.”
