Her manager, Jamie, was especially earnest and helpful during his negotiations while valuing our trade fairly whereupon he was ultimately awarded a deal. Sean in F & I was surprisingly extremely efficient and friendly and quickly got us moving on our way. Finally, prior to leaving, Rebecca coached us up on the inner workings of many of the numerous features of this vehicle and then captured our own satisfaction in a photo for posterity. For the record, I have NEVER recommended an auto dealership before but could not do so much more highly in this instance. Happy Motoring to all.”

“Took an old 2003 truck for an assessment to make sure it was worth keeping. Was pleasantly surprised by the estimate and they got it back in condition to drive and feel safe. Few months later broke down, towed back to the shop for only a couple hundred dollars in repairs. Feel like they're always looking out for the customer and not trying to take advantage!”

“I had a excellent experience at your dealership. My extended warranty was honored and the work that was done to fix my rear main seal oil leak and radiator leaks was first-rate. Hats off to Mike Elliott the service writer who focused on getting the paperwork right and keeping me informed and to the mechanic who performed the work. I didn't get to meet him but Mike said he is a Master mechanic and would do a great job. I believed him. So far no more oil leaks.

So I started getting estimates and to see which auto service for the lowest price. Bayside Toyota could not give me a price over the phone without a 30 minute wait to check with their parts department. Jonathan at Granado was able to do that in less time. I decided to go with Granado since their customer service was well above Bayside when calling, you get a live person and they are always very courteous and knowledgeable. Jonathan also found a coupon to even save me $55. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. Their really care about their customers. I am a huge customer and fan of Granado Tires in Prince Frederick. Don’t waste your time and money with other service centers just call Granado Tires in Prince Frederick, you will be unbelievably happy and lucky you did. You will be a very satisfied customer.”
