“This store has bought my loyalty for this company perhaps indefinitely. Ron and Steve (sorry to the guys who were also great, I’ve forgotten your names) were a big help every time I went. Kind, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for good service. While I was in the DMV I would purposely only shop here for auto supplies.As of last week I’ve officially relocated and will likely never return to the area. I wish all the guys at that store well and hope to find my new Ron and Steve where I now reside.Please promote these gentlemen ahead of their peers. I hope Advanced Auto uses these guys as the template for future hiring decisions nationwide.”
“Fantastic job. Tore up my tailgate, found a replacement but it was white, dropped off at Line-X to get get coated. They asked later if we wanted the jambs and bottom painted too.. and hey, while you're at it do the rockers and front fenders. AMAZING job. We expected the tailgate jambs to be spray painted black or grey and they look better than the truck paint. No way to tell is was a White Tailgate. Couldn't be happier.”

“purchased a used Chevy Equinox. First day driving it and one of the brakes squealed horribly. Then I noticed that the windshield was making a whistle sound. The sound got louder the faster I drove. Made an service appointment. One tech didn't hear the noise, drove around with second tech, who heard it. Was told to bring my car back as it was an MSI issue. I asked why I couldn't leave it and get a loaner as I was driving from another county and needed a vehicle to get to work. They said I didn't have that on my bayside for life. I was advised to call Ellen. She advised that I do in fact have loaner coverage but they didn't have any loaners and would call me back when they did. Almost 2 months after the purchase and still have any of the issues fixed or have gotten a call back.”

“Thank you Brandon, Vincent, Joe for all your assistance today. My daughter is learning how to change her own oil. Vincent explained to my daughter how to do it, pointed out cost effective way to buy the oil amongst other good to know instructions. Brandon looked up a light part for my son. gave him options and tips. When asked about Aoutozone jobs, he spoke highly about his position and training for new employee. I felt at home in the store Which is strange a cause it’s an auto store. I felt like they were really looking out for the customer. Thanks again guys.
