He took over my personal retirement account, and because Scalped Salon and Spa offers 3% retirement towards retirement for the staff, he also started retirement for my stylists. Recently I broke my hip, then about a month later I fractured two vertebrae in my back. A week ago four of my staff walked out and quit their positions as hairdressers at the salon. “Mike is the best associate at this bank!!!Today is January 11th, I went to PNC to get money out of the atm but of course it was out of service. So went to get in line and of course it was wrapped around the building, so annoying they don’t have a drive through atm. But the reason I am leaving a review is because we haven’t received our checks we ordered because of the holiday and influx with deliveries. PNC has an associate there name Mike that I spoke with. He figured out everything for me. Fixed everything. Was such a pleasure to talk to on the phone. Great customer service. Friendly,kind, and professional.
