“When I first walked in I truly didn’t expect to buy anything. I don’t recall her name, but the short Caucasian lady made it all happen. First she advised me to try on a couple different sizes as they all run different. She also told me don’t feel bad about having to size up because of this. lol. Honestly that made me feel so much better. Once I found my size, she explained the sales and what I she thought would be good. She really sealed the deal.”

“Went to Trend Men’s Factory Outlet at the Queenstown Outlets to get my son his first suit for prom. I’ll be honest—I was a little taken back by the pricing at first. But after checking out a few other suit shops, I realized their prices were actually very reasonable in comparison. Plus, they were running a buy one get one free sale, which made it an even better deal.
The customer service was excellent. Mo was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to guide us through everything without rushing. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
