“Our latest experience at my local Aeropostale was great ! The staff was very courteous.I have to give associate “Keke” a shoutout , she makes the environment very pleasing,energetic and personable. A very positive attitude.Not rushing you in and out the door like most stores. She was at the time the only one on the floor with about 10-13 people in the store she was ringing people out , checking on guests as well as letting everyone know of current sales. Great job Keke keep doing what you do best ! Being yourself.”

“On 6/7/22, I visited the Levi’s outlet in Queenstown, Maryland. I was immediately greeted by Ms. Bre who was one of the store associates. Ms. Bre did a phenomenal job displaying excellent customer service. She had a positive attitude, she was very helpful and she was extremely knowledgeable of the various items that she showed me. She also shared with me the current sales and offers from Levi’s. I am greatly pleased with Ms. Bre and her top notch customer service skills and I encourage others to come down to the Levi’s outlet in Queenstown, Maryland. They have an abundance of offerings for Men, woman and children and the store is very neat and clean.”

“Stopped in 15 mins before closing to find my daughter a pair of pants and Ms. Carol was AWESOME!!! She didn't try to rush us out but instead brought us several options to try until we found the perfect fit. She was so friendly and beyond helpful it was the best shopping experience I've had in a long time.
