“I was on my way back from Ocean City a week ago and decided to drop by the outlets. I needed some new work tops so I stopped into LOFT. All I can say is WOW, everything they have in stock is super cute. Tops were 40% off, cardigans were $25 if you got 2+, bottoms were also on sale. There is also a big sale section which has a good variety of pieces. The staff was very friendly, I really appreciated all of their help.”

“On 6/7/22, I visited the Levi’s outlet in Queenstown, Maryland. I was immediately greeted by Ms. Bre who was one of the store associates. Ms. Bre did a phenomenal job displaying excellent customer service. She had a positive attitude, she was very helpful and she was extremely knowledgeable of the various items that she showed me. She also shared with me the current sales and offers from Levi’s. I am greatly pleased with Ms. Bre and her top notch customer service skills and I encourage others to come down to the Levi’s outlet in Queenstown, Maryland. They have an abundance of offerings for Men, woman and children and the store is very neat and clean.”

“Our latest experience at my local Aeropostale was great ! The staff was very courteous.I have to give associate “Keke” a shoutout , she makes the environment very pleasing,energetic and personable. A very positive attitude.Not rushing you in and out the door like most stores. She was at the time the only one on the floor with about 10-13 people in the store she was ringing people out , checking on guests as well as letting everyone know of current sales.
