“I visited the store on May 18, 2023, @ 8:37 pm. I had the most courteous cashier ever. He was so lovely, professional and offered to help me with my bags. I should've asked his name. I hope management treats him with respect and dignity as he displayed. I will never forget the pleasant interaction.”

“Even though I live on the opposite side of Liberty Road, directly behind the Royal Farms (which is directly across from this 711, and also- which would not require for me to have to sit and wait at the stoplight), I bypass Royal Farms every time and opt to wait the additional time required for the stoplight to change to come across the street to this 711. I am loyally devoted to this 711 for 20+ years now. Over the years, I have gotten to know the female Middle Eastern owner whom, regardless of what kind of day she is having or her mood at the moment, will ALWAYS greet me with a big, authentic and warm smile, and strikes up a friendly conversation.

Currently (October 2025), there seems to be 3 primary staff persons; the owner, a young Middle Eastern male in his twenties (who works from 6AM-6PM), and an overnight Middle Eastern male, also in his twenties, who works from 6PM-6AM). This is the BEST STAFF , collectively, that I’ve ever gotten to know at this location.

Both young men are extremely friendly, warm, hardworking, always greet me with smiles, and just like the owner- always strike up a friendly conversation. They remember and value me as a customer ; Upon seeing me walk inside the store, all 3 of them will immediately turn around and grab 2 packs of my brand/type of cigarettes, having remembered that I typically always come and buy 2 packs of Newport Red 100’s.

The fresh food is always fresh and there is always a variety of options available to choose from. The store is always extremely clean. The friendliness and personal touches that the 3 current staff members present with each day, has motivated me to remain loyal to this store, and in doing so, bypass and drive right past the Royal Farms directly across the street to come here to 711. Thank you for demonstrating excellent customer service!”

“I know when you see “World Famous Chicken” you may think it’s just an advertisement, however, I can attest that it is the truth! Anytime I land in Baltimore (or any area with a Royal Farms) I make it a point to stop in and get my fix of Chicken (Pieces or Tenders) and Wedges.I am unable to detail exactly what it is about this chicken, however, Royal Farms has mastered the art of Crispy Chicken on the Outside while remaining Juicy on the Inside. Furthermore, the seasoning blend is spot on. If the seasonings were sold in packets, I would buy some. LoL!!!The wedges are always perfectly made. The addition of the batter adds to the flavor and texture profile as well as enhances the bite to crunch ratio of the wedge experience.Can you tell how much I love it?? LoL!!As a customer, I appreciate that no matter what Royal Farms I go into, the flavor profile and food quality that I have grown to love and appreciate is always the same.If you’re into dipping sauces, Royal Farms has a Sweet & Sour that shuts the flavor game down and when paired, adds a level elevating experience to the tenders and wedges. The marriage of Sweet and Salty really becomes a taste bud focused party in your mouth. LoL!!!!!!!To my personal pleasure, I ate my 5 Piece Spicy Tenders combo so quickly I was unable to capture an image. Sorry y’all!”

“It was a dark skin young guy at the front register working today 10/28/23. Me and my daughter are both sick and I was running around trying to find a humidifier and I was stressed out to the max and when I got to the register he was so kind that I forgot that I was in distress lol my daughter sneezed 50 times and he grabbed her some tissue which may be small to some but huge to me. That interaction made my day alot better”
