“I love my new sign. The entire process was seamless and I look forward to working with them again the the near future. The team assisted me with the perfect spot to put my sign and made me feel comfortable with the process. I highly recommend Sun Sign!!! Much better than franchisee sign companies.”
“I went in to get my tint removed. From the limited interactions, I can tell you that:
- He always answers his phone
- He gives straight and knowledgeable answers to queries
- He charges at or around market value prices
- He communicates clearly
- He does what he says he's going to do on time
I know there are all sorts of places to make mistakes and get advice in this industry, but for my simple needs, I couldn't have asked for more.”
“Very nice, kind and helpful person. Had laptops fixed less than 3-4 days. Didn’t. Have to check on it to see how things are going? Definitely my guy to go too if need anything repair? Very strong knowledge in the computer field. Strongly recommended! ????”

“The people here are great. I needed a rush order of programs for my mother's funeral, and I was quoted quickly at a reasonable price, and they got the project finished in essentially half a day. It looked amazing, unfortunately we figured out after printing that I hadn't numbered the pages for them correctly. Instead of pointing the finger and making me feel like an a**, they just got to work fixing it, without extra charge, and printed an extra 100 for me all by the next day. The manager/owner (not sure) gave me a funny but thoughtful talk about appreciating the time I had with my mother and sent me on my way. I felt really valued as a customer. They were excellent. The quality of the product also exceeded my expectations. I don't live in VA anymore, so I probably won't need their services again, but I recommend them to anyone who does. These people take pride in their work.”
“I was responsible for having an important banner printed in by January 1st. It totally slipped my mind until I was reminded on December 29th. I was told by Andrew Collins in the morning that though he was short staffed, he would try and make it happen. And make it happen he did by the same afternoon, saving the day. I’ve been ordering banners from you guys for years and thanks to Andrew, you will continue to have my business. You should put a cape on him because he was super that day. I was truly impressed.”
“Katon Printing does excellent work! Not only do Mike & the rest of the team offer excellent customer service, they are very easy to work with & we have saved quite a bit of money from our previous printing co. So glad we found them!! Keep up the good work! :)”
“Super super happy with Key Press. Prices are fair and service was amazing. Never knew I had printing in my backyard so I traveled to Baltimore. They got obituaries done for my Dads funeral in no time. Switching all of my printing business to them.”
