“I don't post reviews that often unless things are exceptionally good or bad. Liberty Discount Lawn Equipment was great to work with. Dennis Spent over an hour on a sunday night answering questions on the lawn tractor I was interested in. Then Mike spent time with me on answering a lot of questions the next morning and with the great prices along with them getting some things pre installed on my new mower free of charge I bought the mower. Then they came right when they said they would and Jimmy spent almost an hour going over every detail with me on the tractor. Then I even got follow up messages to make sure things were working as expected. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Malik arrived with the replacement door to our refrigerator at 8:30 am on Feb 23 right after the nor’easter. He carried the door up our long driveway in the path my husband plowed out for him. He replaced the original door with the new one.
No snow day for him! Terrific service!!”

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with them on two major kitchen renovations. Our most recent project was completed over three years ago, and from the initial design through installation, everything was first class. The attention to detail, communication, and overall execution exceeded our expectations.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago — we noticed cracks in one of our corner base cabinet doors in a spot that didn’t seem typical. Assuming it was simply normal wear and tear, I reached out just to ask if they had any recommendations. After sending a few photos and exchanging a quick email, a brand-new cabinet door showed up at our home today.

“This is one Busy Store, I’m was able to find everything that I was looking for. ASM Marlon, CXM Sam and ASM Jamie are Phenomenal, they all go out of their way to help you and make sure you leave happy. ASM Jamie should be Promoted to Store Manager, that Girl knows her stuff, she is always very Polite, Happy and my Gawd she works her tail off and takes care of the Customers and her associates. CXM Sam goes above and beyond as well for his customers and Associates, he like ASM Jamie, will stay way past their scheduled shifts to help their customers and Associates. ASM is a hard worker, always has a great attitude and will do anything and everything it takes to take care of his customers and associates. ASM Shawn has an Attitude problem and will chew and cuss out department supervisors and associates while they are on the floor.”

“Has everything you need at a Home Depot. Big fan of the oops paint station if you like to do projects. They also have great options in the garden section. For some reason, the Home Depot bathroom is always perfect. I respect it. I needed wet/dry sandpaper and they had it!”

“I was so delighted to had met Julian S at the paint department at the Home Depot - Owings Mills, MD. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the various types, qualities and finishings of interior paints. He certainly made it easier as it was my first experience buying paint and I was feeling intimidated not knowing how to choose. Julian answered all the questions a rookie could have and he also helped me understand a balance color scheme.I left happy with my buckets of the top of the line BEHR Dynasty One Coat Satin paints. “I recently left a bad 1 star review because this arrons sucked, but then they hired a new sales manager named Meka who's been helping me. I'm telling all yall who has had bad experiences, go to her. She is going to turn the reputation of this store around, mark my words! She has been so helpful, kind, and most importantly honest! The last team had me paying on an arcade game that's not gonna even be there any time in the foreseeable future! She immediately refunded my money and I'd helping me get something I actually want. Under her leadership, this store is about to change! I'd bet money on it!”

“I’ve got to give a huge shout-out to Louie’s Appliances, these folks absolutely came through for us in a big way.
When I first called about getting a new fridge, they told me delivery would be over a week out… then possibly Monday. I mentioned to the young lady on the phone (wish I could remember her name!) that I was heading out on a men’s retreat for the weekend and didn’t want to leave my wife without a fridge.
About 30 minutes later, she called me back and said she shared my situation with the owner. And get this, within THREE hours, I had a brand-new fridge sitting in my kitchen. That’s the kind of customer service you just don’t see every day.
I’m seriously impressed. From the kindness on the phone to the fast delivery, Louie’s Appliances took care of us like family. Next time I need an appliance, I know exactly who I’m calling.
