Fast forward to a few weeks ago — we noticed cracks in one of our corner base cabinet doors in a spot that didn’t seem typical. “My wife and I were visiting our daughter’s family in Lutherville, Md. We planned to do some yardwork while there and needed some supplies from the nearest Home Depot. We needed a tarp to cover the many bags of lawn clippings we gathered from the elements. Shawn (sp) in the Lumber Department found a large tarp and gave it to my wife at no charge- stating it wasn’t being used anymore and he was just being very nice to offer it. “I have purchased 3 refrigerators 2 stoves 2 washing machine dryer sets and 4 mattresses from AAA Appliance. I have also had this company do repairs on items I did not purchase from them. I have no complaints. Sure there were times that one of the items malfunctioned but I also realize that I am not buying brand new appliances so its to be expected. What I did appreciate is the prompt service that was given to immediate (at no additional cost) fix the issue. Which in my case was a minor problem with the oven of one of my stove. I will continue to use this company as I have for over 6 years.”

Visited on 5-10-26 and Dave in Electric was very helpful and kind in assisting with my purchase of the bare copper ground wire I needed. Along the way four other associates offered assistance Isaiah, Syed, Bob, and PJ.
Visited on June 1 and found Mike in plumbing and Day in customer service very helpful and was greeted by Terry and Olivia.”

He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the various types, qualities and finishings of interior paints. He certainly made it easier as it was my first experience buying paint and I was feeling intimidated not knowing how to choose.
