Customers appreciate the large selection of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies, making it a convenient place for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals. The staff is generally friendly and eager to assist, with some customers highlighting exceptional service, especially from certain employees who go above and beyond to help find products and provide advice. While most visits are positive, a few have noted less friendly interactions or difficulty finding assistance in certain departments like electrical. Overall, The Home Depot in Owings Mills is a reliable store with a wide product selection and staff committed to customer service.

The associate named Cathy was very helpful and provided me with exceptional service in the garden area. She was quite knowledgeable and pleasant. A rare jewel for customer service as these days many employees anywhere lack customer service or just manners period.
