For the past seven months or so, I've been working closely with Charles Chaikaew, and he came through with the exact Rolex I'd been waiting for. Charles was fantastic to work with. He was communicative, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping me. He never made me feel like just another name on a list.

“Just sold a weapon here. The owner, Dan, treated me with respect, didn't act as if he was doing me a favor. I spent some time browsing their inventory & asking questions after the transaction. Unlike so many gun shops, they didn't seem eager to finish up the transaction and rush me out the door. I will certainly be a repeat customer, selling or buying.”
“I am unsure why this place doesn't have a single review completed yet considering they've been opened for many years. I've been shopping here at least 4 to 5 years and I love it. They always have plenty of style options, sizes, spacious dressing rooms and they're in a great location. Now must admit parking can get a little tricky because it is a very popular shopping center but anything worth having is worth the wait so that I'll do. My only gripe I have with this place that is keeping me from giving it the full 5 stars is customer service isn't always present when you initially enter. It seems like a takes the staff a few minutes to warm up to customers before they decide to speak. Luckily I don't need that much attention but I do like when people speak at stores patronized. As soon as I get within 2 ft of the check out counter, staff becomes suddenly friendly, talkative and quite pleasant. It's a miracle !! Nevertheless, I always leave w a smile on my face. Looking forward to Christmas season to buy a few gifts !!”
