“I visited the T-Mobile store this past Friday and Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Hector. When my original line stopped working due to an exposed antenna, he efficiently helped me add a temporary additional line so I could stay connected. After 24 hours, I decided to cancel that line, and when I returned to the store, Hector handled the change with professionalism and zero pushback. He even went the extra mile by calling internal support on my behalf to ensure everything was resolved properly.
Hector demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout both visits-patient, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. He is a strong asset to your team and would make an excellent candidate for a management role.”

After a short wait, we were then assisted by Prince. Prince took the time to explain the updated equipment and how to connect everything. He then took the time to help my mom setup her online account. The entire customer experience was excellent from beginning to end!”
