“I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle.
Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. I don't know much about cars so I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me so I could also understand what was going on as well. “Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with good service and good prices, and no pressure towards services you don't need. When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”

“I had an unfortunate luck of experiencing an hit and run in the parking lot. I didn't know which body shop to take it to, but I was referred to Total Recon and decided to give it a try. The team at Total Recon did an amazing job restoring my car's body. It looks as good as new, and they even cleaned the interior. “I cannot recommend JR's Auto & Body Center, Inc. enough! I've had the unfortunate need to use their services twice, and both times, JR and his team went above and beyond to help me out.
The first time, I was dealing with the aftermath of an accident caused by someone else. Most recently, my car was broken into—they stole my airbag, personal belongings, and shattered my driver-side window. This all happened just before Thanksgiving, and despite the terrible timing, JR immediately stepped in. He coordinated with my insurance adjuster, arranged for my car to be towed to his shop, and ensured everything was covered to protect my car from the rain expected on Thanksgiving.
Not only did JR finish the repairs earlier than expected, but when I couldn’t make it to the shop before closing, he even offered to drop off my car since I live nearby. That level of kindness and customer care is something I’ve never experienced with any other mechanic.
On a personal level, JR is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. We had a great conversation about the "joys" of owning a Honda and the frustrations of the never-ending construction traffic on 495. He truly cares about his customers, and it shows in every interaction.

“First time I’ve ever had my vehicle stolen and the fear of it not driving the way am used to it driving I decided to take it to this shop to be repaired. There are a few things I didn’t notice once I put it on the beltway but could be my own paranoia . when your car gets stolen you just never feel right in it againThey did a marvelous job and repairing the damage that was done to my vehicle. They were very informative to let me know exactly what was going to be done to my vehicle They also called me to give me the status in the update on the vehicle which day give me some reassurance. I would recommend this shop, CustomerService was also fantastic”

“We have a very old Subaru - old enough to be registered as an historic vehicle. As we were driving, a car backed out of a driveway and smashed the two passenger-side doors. We took the car to Zamora's. Eric Zamora, the owner, handled everything: He worked with our insurance, did an extensive search to find the doors (not easy to find for an historic vehicle), and then his expert staff put everything together perfectly. The car really looks new. I can enthusiastically recommend Zamora's Auto Body for any auto body repairs.
