“So this has become a complicated review to leave.

Taking my car in for basic oil and tire rotation and coming out with a badly scratched up car is completely incompetent. Being placated into leaving the dealership to be completely ignored by management after the fact, for 10 days, inexcusable.

However, ultimately I ended up in contact with Maddie, the customer experience manager, and dealing with her has been wonderful. Things did not go perfectly, repairs to the car took longer than they should and had hiccups, but it's proof that having a good experience doesn't require things to be perfect. It requires honesty and communication so even when things didn't go as planned, I was confident and comfortable that they would get resolved.

I was pretty sure before this all wrapped up I'd end up giving a 2 star rating, maybe 3 at best, but such is the good will that Maddie was able to restore. I hope my next interaction with service is worthy of the work she's put in.

Update 4/28/26

I recently took a corner too sharply while being tailgated and took a nice hunk out of my rear passenger-side rim. Cost to replace online was over $1200 bucks so I figured I'd reach out to Maddie since she was so great before to see if I could get a replacement for something more reasonable. The did not end up being the case, instead she checked with the service team and said they could just fix it. I figured ok, if they say so I'll take their word for it. I ended up an hour late to my appointment due to an overturned tractor trailer and arrived fairly pissed from sitting in traffic for 3 and a half hours...and she and Adolpho the concierge were awesome. Took care of everything, rim looked like new within a few hours, the cost was a fraction of replacement, they even dropped it back off at my office for me. I wish original experience with this dealership hadn't been so poor because the folks that have taken care of me since don't deserve to be associated with that kind of work.”

“My bmw car was hit in DC and the person who hit me had GEICO insurance and GEICO sent me to Car Collison in Maryland. The drop off process was extremely easy and they gave me an estimate and took my car and gave me a time frame of when to expect the car and I left it with them.
Without asking, they provided me with text picture updates on the status of my car and in the text messages informed me that the car would be finished on time.
When I picked up the car, we went over it and it looked brand new.
When I got home I realized that one of my back windows wasn’t working properly and I called them.
I scheduled an appointment with them and showed up as scheduled and within 15 minutes they had corrected the problem.
They were very friendly and extremely professional to work with and I am 100 percent satisfied with the work on the car but more importantly I loved the service and updates they provided to me.
I would utilize their services again and recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with getting their car fixed.”

“I just have to say, the team at Han's Auto Body is absolutely top-notch. I recently had my 2025 Cadillac Optiq in for some work, and the experience was just fantastic from start to finish. Paul and Julio, in particular, were amazing. They kept me completely up to date on everything that was going on with my car.

“I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle.

Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. “JR Autobody Shop is the friendliest shop, most efficient shop I've experienced! JR (The owner) has a lot of experience when it comes to repair cosmetics, paint, fenders, cracks, and anything autobody.

His shop is run by his family with a few other great professionals with keen, detailed-oriented eyes.

JR's process is simple. Bring your car, he does the estimate, you keep your car while he researches the parts needed, emails you an estimate, you pay a security deposit, he orders the parts and gets to painting them, then call you up to bring your car and can have it turned around in a day. (But this is my case where it was just the front bumper, and I paid cash).

JR is very efficient and friendly because he wants to provide the highest quality work any customer can experience because a great experience leads to a lasting relationship!
